Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products any item that has been opened will not be accepted for refund and will be return to the customer at the customers expense. This protects not only Donna Dees Watch City Soaps, but all customers as well from possible unauthorized product tampering or contamination.

Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable and Refused Shipments will be handled in a timely manner. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If the customer refuses shipment, the order is considered a return with a 25% restocking fee plus cost of return shipping.

Domestic Shipping Info

During checkout, we highly suggest you select USPS Priority Mail as the Flat Rate and Regional A/B Box shipping charges are the lowest available. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order.

Published Prices

Donna Dees Watch City Soaps reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. If the website displays an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.

Wholesale Orders

Donna Dees Watch City Soaps does not offer a deeper price discount than that shown on our website. Having said that, if you do find a similar product for a lower price, feel free to contact us to see if we will match their price. If you are a Reseller in the State of Massachusetts, and you do not wish to be charged Sales Tax on your order, please send us a copy of your Massachusetts Department of Revenue "Sales and Use Tax Registration Form".

Domestic Orders

We use USPS on domestic orders. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates package weight and shipping costs based on the items you select. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order. We reserve the right to use the best possible shipping method in regards to speed/cost for your order with no increase in shipping charges. No International Orders accepted at this time, we only ship within the United States

Delivery Times

Your total delivery time is our processing time plus shipping time. Most orders ship next day. During holiday seasons, expect 2-3 days to ship your order.
